We conduct a 40-60 minute conversation with the company, where we fully immerse ourselves in your business processes in order to confidently represent the client when answering any questions from the candidate about the project, the team and the specific position. ( ! )

Present test candidate
If necessary, we do a selection of "test" candidates to make sure we understand your request correctly and that we look at resumes the same way. ( ! )

Putting together a letter for candidates
We make a portrait of the candidate and form a chain of letters with an offer, highlighting all the important points in order to "hook" the most relevant candidates. ( ! )

Creating an account in Showcase
On request, we create an account for you in our unique candidate display system, where you can view candidate resumes from any device, and see basic statistics on shown candidates. ( ! )

Begin search
We show you the first candidates for the job in the first 1-3 days. On the first/second day for typical positions, after 3 days for rare specialists. ( ! )

Present candidates
We show candidates' resumes with our comments, where we explain in detail why we think this person is right for you and what we learned about him or her through communication. ( ! )

Interview candidates ourselves
We conduct an in-depth interview with the candidate on general and technical issues in order to accurately determine their hard and soft skills level. The interview lasts from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the position. If necessary, we can also involve experts we know and have experience in assessing people in large and small companies for different tasks. ( ! )

Participate in a client interview
We practice remote personal presence at the first interview of a candidate at the client company. This way we can additionally make sure that we are searching in the right direction and better understand what you are asking candidates about, so that we can use this in further communication with candidates. Accompany the candidate between stages
We lead candidates at all stages, coordinating meetings with you, controlling the relevance of the meeting, reminding participants of the agreements. Collect feedback from both sides at every step of the process. ( ! )

Work with applied candidates
We represent your company in the process of placing an offer and working with it - we help to make a person want to accept the offer, we pass an honest response from the candidate, we do not smooth the edges, we tell about his or her true motivation and advise how you can influence his or her decision. Control the start of working and monitor probation
Not only do we lead the candidate until he or she starts working, but we keep in touch throughout the probationary period and maybe even longer. We collect feedback about the onboarding, tasks, positive experience and what's missing. We can also show you similar consolidated data on different candidates. ( ! )

What we ask
About the project: what the product is, plans for its development. How it relates to the company's business, what role the candidate will play in the project. This also includes questions about the technological side of the project - the technology stack used, architecture, processes.

About the project team and the company as a whole: corporate culture, history, interaction formats, interesting facts and cases, as well as other conditions which might interest the candidate.

About the vacancy: search history, results, expectations from the agency, conditions of the working on a vacancy. As well as working conditions, benefits package and additional bonuses, location and office.
In normal circumstances, we only need to show 2 "test" resumes, after which the search becomes as targeted as possible

It is extremely important to understand the dynamics of the candidate's opinion after each stage: what you like, what you don't like, what has changed with new information. This information will come in handy when working with an offer and when analyzing a recruitment project.
